Hey everyone!
We finally got the motor back into the Mustang yesterday. It's rockin and rollin, but not at 100% just yet. Still needs some fine tuning like the timing and such. We also had a problem with the Black Magic electric fan and alternator. Have to drop in a beefier alternator for this type of motor. I'm dropping it off to a tech in Columbia MD who is a master on these things. He'll get it to 100% for sure! Should have it back in the next day or two.
Before and after pics of the motor will be posted along with some specs on what was done. Basically it went from a stock 302 5.0 up to a 347 stroker 5.7. The cam makes it sound like a Winston Cup stock car. It has that deep rumbling "spitting" type of sound.
It's crazy fast, obnoxiously loud and I love it!!!
