It has been a fun ride but other "interests" are requiring cash that I do not have and need to sell my "second" rig and part of my main rig; still love this "hobby" and will still keep a very good system to keep enjoying music.

Here it goes; offering here first at what I think are the right prices. Monday everything will go Ebay and/or audiogon. All prices include shipping to CONUS; local pick up welcome with a discount. Will post pictures later today or tomorrow.

Dodd MLP: **SOLD** ckpiv. Bought from Scompracer only weeks ago; awesome pre; basically in the same condition. Here's the link to Scompracer's thread:

AES "Cary" Sixpacs: *SOLD* Tour2ma. Bought recently in Audiogon; incredible sound; paid $1650, but I am adding a new set of tubes with a $200 value (Electro Harmonix EL34's and EL84's, Two different brands NOS 12BZ7's) and two PS Audio Xstreme power cords. Includes original power cords and tubes, very lightly used (Ruby EL34's, Electro Harmonix EL 84's and 12AX7's). Original boxes, manual and bias metering plugs.

Jolida JD-100 CD player: *SOLD SniperREX. Also from Audiogon; 8/10 only because I'm second owner; no scratches or marks. includes original Jolida tubes and a pair that I think are Sovtek (though not 100% sure). Manual and remote (remote is missing two rubber "feet"). No original box but will pack ala George Daniel :). Great player.

Cambridge Audio D500SE CD Player *SOLD* jrlouie. Great player also, original manual, remote and box.

NORDOST SOLAR WIND-RCA-1M pair - Original Packaging - *1 Broken RCA Tab, Fully Functional* *SOLD* ohskigod. Bought here from Dorokusai.

MIT Terminators 2, 1M pair: *SOLD* schwarcw; Bought here from Criveraj

Outlaw PCA interconnects 0.5M, 2 pairs: *SOLD* Criveraj. very light use; great interconnects, locking RCA's, known to reduce "hum" in tube rigs.

Sonicwave DVI-D 3M: *SOLD* I-SIG. Used for less than 2 weeks; original packaging.

BetterCables High Power Speaker Wires 5m: *SOLD* BlueMDpicker. Great wires; bought them from SVS for $134 plus shipping/tax. They sell for $290 at bettercables.com; SVS offers this price if you buy speakers or subs from them.

And....

Monitor Audio Silver S8 speakers: SOLD. I have these on ebay :o , but will sell here if anyone wants them (as long as no one clicks on "Buy it Now" before..). Brand new, only a month old. You can buy them new for $1000ish shipped from Saturday Audio, so $750 is a great price for a pair just broken in. Original manual, packaging, boxes, spikes, port plugs, etc. Click on "reviews" in the link to read about these great British speakers.

    can I get a pic of the Nordost, i.e. the broken tab. are you talking about the metal tabs that hold the interconnect on? Having trouble visualizing.

    These are the Nordost ICs from the "cable swap". I had them for a period of time and the missing tab had no negative effect on the performance of the cable.

    I'm interested in the Cambridge. I've always been looking for a good deal on a nicer CDP (right now just using a universal DVD player). I'm about to get the 990/7500 combo (maybe today), why not add a CDP in there too ;) I've always been interested in maybe trying out a tube CDP, but it seems they're always too expensive for me.
    Looking forward to the pics.

    Jrlouie, I bought the Cambridge from some guy in Audiogon a few months ago. It is in great shape.

    Reading above, mldennison inquired about this player, so I guess you have 2nd dibs (mldennison???)
    If you are looking for a tubed player, the Jolida is THE option :)

    I'll call 2nd dibs on the D500SE. I gotta clear it with the partents first, though.

    Man, you're selling a lot! I really wish I had enough money for the Jolida JD100! That's the CDP I eventually want, and I'm sure I'll never find such a good deal on it on CP, but I just can't put out that much dough on a CDP right now.

    Bump..no luck on ebay/audiogon for the Monitors and the Dodd.....:rolleyes:

    The Monitors are great speakers...just not that popular?? The price I think is right; they retailed for $1500 and Sat Audio is selling them as close out at $949 because the new line is out now. Shipped $1050. $750 is a steal....

    Dodd...realized that there are NO reviews whatsoever for this pre; no sales in ebay/audiogon; seems that this is only popular in this forum???? Price reduced to $1150.
