Solid DVD needed. C.A./Marantz/HK/Denon

I'm looking specifically for either:

Marantz DV6400/6500/6600
Cambridge Audio Azur series
HK DVD22/DVD31
Denon DV2910 ?

My limit on the HK's is 130. My limit on the Marantz, Denon, and the Cambridge is 400-500 depending on model and condition.

I'm leaning to Marantz and Cambridge.

    I do not own a DVD from Marantz, but their CD players are very good. I find Marantz very smooth. My pick would be Marantz.
