polk vs. KLH

Im running a htr-5460 on a rt35i and my seconds mains are a klh 900b...the klh's i got for 84 dollars, and the rt35i's for 300, the klh's slaughter the 35's in my music but the 35's slaughter the klh's in ht....neone else noticed this? the klh is a more airy sound and the 35's are more of a flat sound when playing music........newayz i was bored and i thoguht i'd post my oppinion...what do ya think?
Damn you all, damn you all to hell.......

They aren't even in the same league.
You must Have some KLH's I've never seen, because all the ones I've heard can't hold a candle to Polk's. But that's just my opinion:)
No man wrong league.....Polk smokes Klh in every way.
But if you like the KLH don't let any of us stop you.
My personal quest is to save to world of bad audio, one thread at a time.
Generally, I find if a speaker is musical it will also do well with HT.
Rucy, you got some 'splaining to do.....

What kind of amp, or reciever are you using?
The KLH is a much worse speaker, they just sound bad, are you sure what you are listening to is what you are supposed to hear?
wax....Q tips......they can be had at your local high end Super store.Don't they give free hearing tests?????

speaker I owned. They were good back in the day. Developed by
the late Henry Kloss who also invented Acoustic Research, Advent,
and Cambridge Sound Works, all of which are still around today. I
to don't think they compete with polk. But they were the prelude to what we enjoy today. No way Matt Polk didn't look at, and listen to these, take the best from them. Now having said that...
MxStYlEpOLKmAn get you some Polks man........
Vintage KLH's be some DAMN fine speaks. Ima get my KLH model 17 on here in about a week and a half at Senor Grand's Rancho de No Concerno.....
Personally, I'd give my left nugget for a pair of Model 9's
