Who ate who.... The article said the gator may have clawed his way out from the inside of the snake. The snake certainly "bit off more than he could chew"!

A litlle tounge in cheek Brett. " Mazzotti said the alligator may have clawed at the python's stomach as the snake tried to digest it."

You never know what may try to eat itself out of your stomach after you eat it....Kinda' like that burrito I had last night... :D

The whole story of population...overpopulated...control population....

makes me think of "wedding Crashers" where they went hunting...

    "Aren't you the nature conservative..."
"They're overpopulated in this area, you got a problem with that?" "Not as much as the problem i got with your attire, or your whole attitude on life. But whatever lets go shoot something..."

I got most of that wrong but oh well ...

I cant tell which end is which? Where does the snake end and the gator begin?

If these pythons are getting up to 20' gators are in for a big battle. Those things can take down a mule!

According to Steve Irwin "The Crocodile Hunter", pythons swallow their prey head first....so based on that picture the snake's head must be in the water.

Man, That is one big snake!

I almost grabbed a 6' black snake but it would have too much trouble jumping off the tractor then over a fence. The Girl Scouts in camp would have been screaming if I did that.... :p

Let's see em' take on this croc found swimming in the streets of New Orleans after Katrina. 21 FT long, 4,500 lbs, around 80 years old minimum.

Specialists said that he was looking to eat humans because he was too old to catch animals. This crocodile was killed by the army and currently he is in the freezer at the Azur hotel. The contents of it's stomach will be analyzed to check for remains.

    Croc

Contrary to reports, the crocodile was not found in New Orleans, but rather Pointe Noire, in the Republic of Congo in 2003...

Jesus! Thats the top of the food chain right there! I dont buy he was too old to hunt for animals, just that he learned people were slower.....and dumber for wandering near the waters edge!

I still remember one of my favorite lines from Crocodile Hunter. He was trapping one and told his wife to lay on top of it to restrain it. She worried, "I hope Im not squishing it." Steve replied, "Honey, its a dinosaur. You cant squish a dinosaur." Im a big Steve Erwin fan.
