Can anyone identify these speakers. Polk 5 what? The rear of the speaker indicates 5A.

The photo in your link is not the same as what I have. Mine have the peerless tweeter, and the drivers actually overlap the passive radiators.

The mid-bass drivers on my pair of 5B's do the same thing as you describe. You have what the ID says- 5A's.
