    flason,

Yeah, that's the dude. Carver Amazing Platnum MK IV's, Grey Shark driving, Brylcream using, wifebeater wearing dude he is. Yeah, I owe George for a lot. Hell of a guy...

Nah, I doubt that he will get involved much in the forum again. G is a hardcore 2ch nut and could really care less about HT. Entertaining he is though, man, I could listen to him for days on a variety of subjects.

I really liked George. He would not put up with even one day of BS when it came to dealing but his heart was over a mile wide! Great guy and I still email him now and then. I'm sure Scott will straighten his stuff out if you give him time. Scott, if you got problems re-access what is going on. You will find that people are nice but have to put up their guard when they think someone is taking them. Remember that there are a lot of people out there who are ready to take whoever they can and that the rest of us have to be ready to protect ourselves against them. As long as you do the right thing everyone will support you. If you don't think that is important you are the one who suffers in the long run.

    Hi:

Been reading these posts for some time and I am sorry if the problems Scott said he was having are true, but that is no excuse for ripping people off and being dishonest.

Your character is one of the most important things you possess and if you lose that what else is left?

Scott and I have worked out a deal for payment. Although I don't care for it, I would rather it than the alternative of nothing at all. I also understand the situation with a wife leaving. That has got to suck. I have been there and done that. He needs to keep his children #1 in his life, however, I don't like to be #1'd on. I am pissed that he still has the amp and would rather keep it than stick with the original deal and utilize this alternative payment option. He does have an 1802 he could use until he gets back on his feet, right? I am not trying to be cold but I have been out the cash some 65 days now and I feel he has been less than truthful when he said he sent it back. I will keep you all informed of any developments.

    WHAT??

EFF that man....he's HAD your cash, wants to slow leak it back to you AND keep the friggin' amp. ****.

None of my bidness, really, but that's just plain ****. Scott, suck it up and send the effin amp AND sell the Denon to pay whoever else you may owe. Sorry but your obligations come first. Your family and those you owe. Not continue to shaft other folks so you can get your movie on. What a complete ****.

Sounds to me like he is trying to have his cake and eat it too.

EFF, that man, that loser should be banned. Talk about acting like a complete worthless scumbag.

when I thought it could not get any more F'ed up, a payment plan to RETURN your money! vs. not sending the amp that was sold?

That is just a horrible thing to do man, can't yuo see that Scott.

Holding his money for 60 days, you won't ship the amp, won't send back his money? Set up a payment plan? Jesus Christ man I am so pissed just watching this go down.

Scott, do the right thing here, send the amp or the cash, you are so very wrong here.

Scott is sending me cash, albeit in 2 payments. I kinda was just gettin' that off my chest. Didn't mean or want it to be Scott bashin'. I'm just glad to be getting my money back. Like I said, I have been there and done that except my ex left me with the kids and all the bills. It was hard to live off e-4 military pay but the help of friends, family, and Navy Refief got me through. I suspect Scott doesn't have a lot of that so I apologize to him for the above post, but I had been dwelling on it last night and this morning and was pissed. I will feel better tonight after a few adult beverages and some steel-tip dart throwin'.

Flason is exhibiting his only available option - ie. being nice to Scott in hopes that he returns the money. I suspect that Flason has already estimated his odds of actually seeing any money at about a 5% chance of success. However, being somewhat intelligent, he is doing everything he can to maximize those odds.

I hope rskarvan is wrong, but I have a strong feeling he is right on the money? If scott doesn't come through, I would be more than happy (NOT AS CHARITY BUT AS A MEMBER OF THIS CLUB) to put $30.00 towards a fund to correct this problem created by one of the members? I think there would be 10+ members that would do the same to make sure the FLEE MARKET is a good and safe place to do biz. Again, this is in no way charity, just a way to see "good members" are protected? If I am way of base sorry, or if there are other members that feel the same speak up?

You didn't define whether that fund went to the victims or to a posse.

I'm all for helping a brother out and such and I too know what it's like to go through a divorce (no kids though) and be rolling pennies broke but I NEVER would screw anyone else. I'd go without first. Scott's got some stuff he could liquidate to pay his obligations, so I got no sympathy for him. Even more, HE STILL HAS THE FRIGGIN' AMP!! Jesus, I'm only saying he should own up to the original bargain (even if it is with a Navy squid).

I'd be willing to cough a few bucks to defray shipping expenses to help Scott man up to his deal. I will NOT, however, cough so he can sit on his **** and keep flason's cash AND the amp. EFF that. If anyone wanted to take up a fund and hire someone to beat some sense into phucknut Scott's twisted head, I'm in.

    Ron, that smiley is PERFECT

My thought was to send flason the money if Scott doesn't come through like he should. Not to help Scott, to help flason and show the flee market is a good thing? Sorry I brought it up? I'm out of it now!

Man, we gotcha and certainly, if Scott pusses out (which is highly likely) I'm down with that.......I'm just venting about the whole deal, not your suggestion, which I think has merit.

I still think that my experience is the exception and not the rule. I purchased an SDA cable (pin-blade) from Tyrone Thompson about 2 years ago and didn't have a single problem here. He is and still is a great guy who went out of his way to give me a fair price ($20) on a highly sought after piece of equipment. I will always appreciate that. I firmly believe that is how the mojority of people on this board would be and are currently. Sure is still get pissed when I think of being ripped off. I do hope that Scott is sincere (this time) and will own up to his proposed payment plan. I really appreciate everyones effort and support on this board and will make every effort to post more and become a frequent flyer.
Troy- Squid Corpsman here. Thats Medic to you Grunt types. That squid thing cracked me up in the middle of a serious statement. I appreciate the laugh to break the monotany of being pissed. Later.

You gotta watch that Scott, his other hoosier buddy and Billm. They are all pretty slick! I tried my best to make a second deal with Scott but I guess the $200 for his $400 SDA's didn't draw him in! I must admit I didn't like the COD references or the payment plan because he didn't want to part with the speakers he had already sold. Just kidding Billm and whoever the hoosier buddy was!
