    Ok, Let me follow up on this.....

    Whether or not your transactions are meant to be public knowledge or not, they are, you posted on a public forum. You have held forums members funds for un-heard-of amounts of time, and backed out of deals after or during the exchange of funds..

    If times are hard, and money is tight, **** say so man, it may help to partially redeem your apparently sorry ****.....

    But as I see it now, and with ZERO explanation, you appear shady at best...... Please chew on that for a while, and take it as subjectively as possible.....

    you can say that, things get a little rough when your partner in life decides she does not want to be together anymore, so yea
    money is a little tight right know, im stuck paying all the utility bills
    the house payment and all the rest. it has been a rough 1 1/2 monthes for myself, my daughter is with my wife, i don't get to see her hardley anymore with my work schedule, im in counceling
    so i have someone to talk too. so my life has been turned upside down lately.

    One time when I was on a trip this guy stopped me at a rest stop. He said he needed enough gas money to get his mother to some hospital for surgery in another state. He was obviously a shiester. He said he had papers to prove where he was going. I looked in his van and saw an older lady who looked pretty unsettled. I gave him some money. My cousin said I was being taken. I know that. The fact is I felt sorry for him being in a position where he had to do what he was doing. Hopefully he is in a position now where he will never have to do that again. Who knows. Maybe he is thankful to this day or maybe he is still talking about the redneck he took advantage of that day. I don't really care. I still get a warm feeling over it.

    Sorry to hear about your marital difficulties. Been there (sorta, no children)... its not any fun at all. There isn't anything else that I could possibly say that would make a hoot of difference... so, I won't say anything at all.

    Ok, I lied. There is one more thing I can say.
    Whether or not you stay married is entirely out of your hands. So, don't worry about getting her back. She knows you and she has to decide entirely for herself if she wishes to be with you. Your best bet would be to just shrugg it off and go fishing or something and have a nice summer doing stuff you like all by yourself for a while. Wait until after things become legally final before getting involved with anyone else - its only fair to the next girl. And, of course, there will be a next girl.

    And, one more thing... if you happen to still owe any money or equipment to anybody on this forum... get square with them ASAP. We'd all like to see a post by you saying that times were tough and you've straightened everything all out with everybody. Until that is done, you really have no business trying to sell anything here.

    If you can't send me the money Scott, send the amp as in the original deal. It's been 63 or 64 days since I seen my money. I have been where you are right now, but I never took what isn't mine. I raise 2 children on my own (ages 12 & 14), pay mortgage, car payments and everything. I don't get a red cent from my ex. I understand if you have to send money for your child. You would be an **** if anything else came first. You can, however, make good on the original deal and send me the Carver amp. Shipping for you would be around $30. That would put a good $322 in your pocket. Please respond to something I sent you. You haven't answered an e-mail for quite some time.

    If you don't like my deal heheh - what you might want to do scott, is sell it locally. I've sold quite a bit of my old gear via a local newsgroup. Check to see if there is a ftwayne.forsale or other local forsale newsgroup. Post the info and pic and I bet it will sell in a couple of days. No shipping to mess with or anything.

    Hopefully this sale will help you clear up everything.

    WTF This has got to be the most unbelievable thing I have ever seen.

    Oh that **** from last month were I screwed around with peoples money and equipment, and didn’t reply to them and lied then hid again and…..

    Then we get Well all that in not MY fault, my wife left me. Sorry for that, I am. BUT there are some serious issues left open from past “transactions”.

    Now like nothing is wrong he posts another item for sell, like nobody was paying attention to the 2 months of BS that just happened. This stuff doesn’t take balls to do, it is plain stupidity

    Scott you have a few options. Send flason his money via Western Union or certified mail, or send him the amp (hopefully you still have it). If what I know about psychology and what common sense I have is right, you've already spent the money he sent you. You wouldn't be selling the reciever if you didn't need money right? So, just send him the carver amp.

    If things are really that bad, I'll give you the $30 for shipping the amp to flason.

    Or like I said, I'll give flason *some* of the money you owe him if you send me the Denon receiver. You'd have to make up the rest, cuz I sure am not paying $350 for the reciever.

    I posted the thread link earlier in the word of caution thread.

    Scott tried to hose George on an amp a while ago and posted his experience and his thoughts of Scott. George underwent quite a bit of criticism for his efforts and decided to leave the forum. For those that don't know him, George is one of the most knowledgable and stand up guys you will ever meet. Having said that, he is also very opinionated and doesn't suffer idiots and cheats lightly.

    George is the guy with the Carver speakers, right? If so, I remember reading his posts regularly. He may have been opinionated, but his opinions often matched mine. He was a fun and interesting read. Maybe he will reconsider and come back in light of new developments.
