getting a pair of vandersteens off audiogon for 425.00. a little more than market i know, but local pick up an hour away, and i allways wanted to hear a pair. they supposedly have custom lead shot filled stands as well. going to look at them tomorrow. Cant wait

I just saw the other thread. Agree with not removing the socks yet. If I don't hear anything wrong, I'm not ripping things apart to go looking to SEE something wrong.
