FS: AudioControl Sub Controller/X-Over

I've attached some pics of the AudioControl Richter Scale series 3 (their latest) Crossover controller. It can cross over anywhere between 72Hz to 212Hz at 24db per octave. It has a 6 band half octave equalizer (bass frequencies only), a warble tone half octave analyzer, selectable subsonic filter and a rumble reduction circuit. Pretty much it can do anything you want and is audiophile quality.

I actually have two of them.

The first one I'm offering for $190 obo. The pictures are of it. It has a few scratches on the top as you can see in the photo. Face plate is perfect. The meter light is out and it does not come with a microphone. It works flawlessly. This is good enough for most applications. If you must analyze your room a Radio Shack db meter does the same thing the microphone and meter would do.

The second one is absolutely perfect, no scratches, has microphone, works flawlessly, cannot tell from new. I'm asking $250 obo for it. Previous ones in this condition have sold for $275 on Audiogon.
