Calling all vinyl fans. What's spinning on your turntables?

Here's a new 2026 release I got a couple weeks ago on splattered vinyl....

Amazing...I don't know where to start.
    You do you, bro.

You can post up if you want or not. It's up to you. I didn't start this thread to exclude any fans of vinyl records. I definitely don't have any "agenda" or "snobbery" going on here. I'm just here to see what everyone else is into as far as vinyl goes and to share what I'm into. Vinyl is a resurging area of interest, especially for some of the younger people. They dig it.

I encourage everyone to participate constructively.

This isn't the only forum or form of social media I participate in. In addition to you Polkies, have a lot of friends all over the world who are into vinyl, music and home audio in general. Pretty-awesome.

It seems a lot of the new releases are coming out on colors of vinyl other than just black. Some have multiple options too. In addition to digital downloads in multiple codecs, you could get the latest Stones album I posted above in 4 different colors of vinyl, CD, BluRay audio, and even cassette.

Physical media has never been "dead" with me. One thing I like that's really-nice now is that most physical media purchases also come with a link to download the album digitally for no additonal charge. So for just a couple bucks more than you would spend for just the digital download, you aslo get the physical media. It's a no-brainer.

    Let's see some wax!

I recently picked up this one-step. It's a great pressing. Very quiet.

Awesome! I never had a one-step but always wanted to hear one. Was it over $100?

Didn't I just see Rush is touring again right now?

    Yes it was over $100.

And yes Rush is now touring. I saw them twice when they were in Fort Worth. Best show I have seen in years.

Here's my favorite Rush album. I've had this for a long time although the first version I had was the 8-track. I remember when I was a teenager riding to the mall with my best friend in his older brother's car (I was only 14). That's when a commercial came on the radio advertising a debut album from a brand-new band none of us had ever heard of. It was Rush.

I liked what I heard so when we got to the mall I spent about every cent I had and bought the 8-track. We played the living crap out of that tape. Eventually a few years later I replaced the worn-out 8-track with the record. This is it. Probably 40-50 years old.
