Polk LS 90s and 70s for $500 total. In Draper, UT.
To the untrained eye, one of the LS90s looks like it needs 4 new woofers...but fear not...seller says they sound excellent!

I recently bought a pair of mint NIB RTA12-Bs. I didn't really know what to expect of these but man they are beyond what I expected. These have been my go to speakers for the last 6 months since I bought them.
I was wondering do most people replace the caps and resistors on these?
What is the preferred tweeter for the RTA12s? -
Pic's or it didn't happen.....

Here’s some pics. I also realized I posted this in the wrong topic.

@nooshinjohn I just ordered the parts to update the crossovers and new binding posts.
Still can't get over how good these sound. This is my first pair of vintage Polks and now I'm hooked. -
Labeled as 2A, but I think they are 2B studios, for $120. A bit rough looking, but if full mods were planned these might be cheap enough to consider. No affiliation. South ATL metro area.

I would pass at $50.00, mainly because there is nothing I need parts wise..

I think you may have had a hard time getting me to swap out any parts at all on those. I would probably have kept them bone stock as my Klipsch Fortes (originals). Those if the sound anywhere as good as they look I just do not think I could go hacking on and it certainly is not going to increase their value. Those are like museum pieces and I think I would have to leave them 100% stock. Even if a part were bad I believe I would find that matched exactly and replace with a good used one. That's just my thought anyhow. They are very, very nice. Congratulations! I could easily forgive a bit and listen to those with absolute pride as is. no one would have anything like them...
