Hey there,
I currently have the Polk RTI A3 and I'm pretty happy with them but I want to get bigger sound. I listen mostly for 90s House on vinyls electronic music, jazz and rock.
I saw a pair of monitor 10 in good condition for sale and I wondered if I get better sound from them compared to my RTI A1, I don't want to lose clarity but I do want more bass and big open sound. Do you guys think Ill enjoy the monitor 10 more than the RTI A3?

Yes, I think it's a good idea to at least try the Monitor 10s (regardless of which generation / configuration they are).
I personally would assume you'd like the Monitor 10 far more than yours (whether you have RTI A1s or A3s - unclear from your post)... especially if you're looking for big bass and big open sound.
The world is your oyster in terms of modifications if you get the Monitor 10s and like the big bass & open sound, and then want to enhance them for better treble, balance, clarity, etc...

Stick with vinyl as the plural for records; it's more accurate and respected within the community. If you need to emphasize multiple items, use the word "records" instead.Political Correctness'.........defined
