So looking forward to cleaning some LP's.
This is replacing my venerable VPI 16.5.
How puny have I gotten that I'm tired of flipping my LP over on the VPI RCM. Will just have to suck it up. -
Awesome!. New toys are cool.
Tom~ In search of accurate reproduction of music. Real sound is my reference and while perfection may not be attainable? If I chase it, I might just catch excellence. ~ -
I'd swear you were hoping for 101 parts to sell something
Congrats!- Not Tom ::::::: Any system can play Diana Krall. Only the best can play Limp Bizkit. -
I'll creep back to this and give an eval compared to the 16.5.
Will have to experiment with some don't give a poo LP's before I crack the seal on the One Step's.
Feel like a little kid again, at Christmas, learning how the toy operates.
Me like dem feelers... -
Congrats, looks like a hell of a machine!

Thanks, it is a beast of a build. Didn't expect it to weigh as much as it does.
Haven't tried it yet.
Getting the Clearaudio fluid was a pain in the. It came in yesterday and am waiting on the
L'ART DU SON. Heard that's a really good fluid too.
We'll do a comparison over the Thanksgiving holiday. -

EXPERIENCE: next to nothing, but I sure enjoy audio and video MY OPINION OF THIS HOBBY: I may not be a smart man, but I know what quicksand is.
When I was young, I was Superman but now that old age has gotten the best of me I'm only Batman -
It's a Clearaudio record cleaning machine.
Does both sides at the same time.
Pull of the record clamp and put the LP, or 45, on, put the clamp back on and ready to clean.
Turn it on the record spins, push a button and the machine applies the cleaning fluid to both sides.
The brushes closest in the pic scrubs the record.
When done scrubbing the record... turn the vacuum on and BAM, clean record void of static. -
Nice new addition for sure. Congrats... nothing like a new toy to put a smile on your face. Enjoy.

Thanks, loving it.
Was using a VPI 16.5 for years. The VPI only does one side at a time and always had problems with static on the LP's, always having to use the Zerostat to keep static to a minimum.
