Building my new home!

Hey Everyone. I retired a couple of years ago, and I'm now living in the Philippines. I will be starting on the construction of my home around mid autumn next year. Since I'm building from the ground up, what are some things I might consider doing as the house is being built for my home theater? No....I won't have a dedicated room, unfortunately, haha. But what about a dedicated line for just my electronics? Anything else?

Dedicated in-wall MDF enclosures would be a priority for me.

    Congrats on the new venture.

Do all the wiring for speakers and network communications before the walls and ceilings are closed up, including for overhead speakers for Atmos.
