Rebuilding my Polk12B crossovers. What caps would you recommend?

are your RTA - 12B's the ones that have the tweeter at the top of the enclosure, with the metal rod lined fabric top hat? If so, wondering if you have had any problems with fabric droop on either of those top hat, and if so suggestions for repairing them? Thanks!
