I've been out of the hobby for awhile. Just getting back into it. Seems like the R700s are hard to find? Also what price do they go for when on sale?

There were some great sales discounts to forum members back in 2021 and 2022, but we haven't seen that lately.

The R700s appear to be readily available in black and walnut finishes from places like Crutchfield, Amazon, and others. No apparent shortages.
The Reserve speakers go on sale frequently for something like 10% to 15% off these days but there doesn't appear to be a sale on right now.
