Value of my late uncle's vintage Polk Audio Monitor Series 10 speakers, with stands? 80's model, too

I was bequeathed my late uncle's Polk Audio Monitor Series 10 speakers, with stands, along with his other equipment(ELAC Miracord 50II, etc.). I already have some KEF 104/2 towers. Looking to possibly sell the Polks. Market value? Serial numbers are 176624 and 176628.

In good condition I'd pay $500 all day.

$500 sounds high for 10s after my experience trying to sell my super-minty, one-owner RTA 15TLs three years ago, but I guess it's possible that 10s are more desirable. At the end of the day, it's all about what anyone is willing to give you for them and the time and hassle you're willing to put in to unload them.

OP, if you want to know the market value search eBay for past sales to get a better idea.

I'm in South Jersey too and I've seen 10's going for $100 in working but poor condition to $250 in near-perfect condition with upgrades.

$500 is way steep and probably at least $200 over reasonable pricing.

The majority of good condition examples with stands would be in the $150-$200 range.
