polk audio monitor 10 speakers

just bought a use pair of polk audio monitor 10 speakers do not know what version they are they have a sliver tweeter in them do not know if that is better than the black ones they do sound really good just do not know a lot about speakers so just want to know anything about the speakers should i keep them or replace them i just got them on sunday 10/12/25 i just want the best sound i can get for the least amount of money i do not have a lot of money they are kind of beat up if you guys tell me to keep them maby i will see if i can find someone to look at them and see if they need anything?

    My first set of Polk Audio speakers was like yours, but mine have the black Peerless tweeters.

    You might want to upgrade your tweeters. 120.00 for 2 new ones.

    Glue your woofer magnets to keep the magnets from shifting.
