Looking for a good portable bluetooth speaker

Budget is around $200. Read good things about the Marshall speakers but never heard them personally. Own an older Archer that has decent sound and good bass outdoors, a bit boomy indoors so I plug the rear port but rarely use it indoors. The Archer speaker has no grills for cone protection which I would not do again, makes being portable a bit of a gamble.

What have you heard that you would buy again?
Yep, my name really is Bob.
Parasound HCA1500A(indoor sound) and HCA1000(outdoor sound), Dynaco PAS4, Denon DP1200 w/Shure V15 Type V and Jico SAS stylus, Marantz UD7007, Polk L600, Rythmik L12 sub.

I have a Marshall Tufton and Marshall Woburn II (not portable) and I love them, but they’re over budget. I haven’t heard any of the other Marshall offerings, but I’m going to assume they are all quite good. I also have a couple of JBL Charge 5 that I’m very happy with. They are in budget and I’d have problem recommending one.

What's the difference between a JBL Charge and a JBL Flip?

I believe the Flip is just a smaller version of the Charge.

Stumbled across the Soundcore Anker Motion Boom. Around $100 and really good reviews although I have no experience with Anker products.

My son had one of those Anker and it was a decent sounding setup. Nicely portable, plenty loud, boomy bass if you push it too far though. I say "had" because it apparently got ruined after he left it outside for a few weeks during the early rainy summer we had.

Yea, I bet most if not all "waterproof" speakers would bite the dust with the rain we had then too.
