Dayton Audio Nexus

Recently saw an ad for a diy speaker for sale. It is a Dayton Audio Nexus series build that seems to have been introduced in 2014 or thereabouts. The plans included a series for home theater use with bookshelves (TM) and an MTM variant and even tower options.
Most seem to have built the MTMWW variant, but there was a plan set for an TMWW version and that is what is available. Its a simple ND series tweeter, the designer 5 inch and 2 x 8 inch woofers per tower. I read sub-30hz extension, even low 20s with proper treatment.
Reviews on the series seemed generally positive and this could be a solid 2 channel prospect. Just curious if anyone has had any direct experience with these builds as information was somewhat scarce....
Thanks in advance!
