No Polk entry in Google Home so I cannot connect my Signa S3

I have had my Signa S3 soundbar connected to Google Home for a long time. I had to remove it from home because we moved and wifi networks changed. But when I try to add the Signa S3 again there's no entry for Polk Audio in Google Home. Am I missing something here? How can I get the Signa S3 connected to Google Home?
