SDA SRS 1.2 question about wire configurations

I currently have a Sunfire 400 x 5 and only four sections work. So I had SDAs on two and side speakers on other two.
Would it be better to run all four channels thru my two towers?
Is it as easy as two to sub and two two tweeters?
