Getting oh so close

I mentioned this earlier in another thread.... I'm buying the rental I've been living in.

I owned property in WA, this will be my first piece of the rock in TX.

The contracts have been signed, for the most part, inspections have been made, tying up a few loose ends to improve my income, so with that, we don't close until July 1st.

I'm very happy with my set up however the first thing I'm going to do when it's "mine" is take out a second mortgage and dive down the turn table rabbit hole........"what are you stupid?" "no, just obsessed"

If only lol. Actually, I'm going to move that monstrosity of a gear rack out of the living room, put it in the office and re-route the cables.

So, when any of you boys are in town, all are welcome to come by for a listen and a visit......I'm a Lonestar beer guy but HEB is right around the corner. I already drank that 12'er of Yuengling I had for @txcoastal1, hey, beer has a shelf life :D

    Silly you...

You should know by now, that in order to truly lure Ron over? You need a deer blind in the listening position.

Plant a hedge and Russ should be over to water it and you could get him to help you with wiring
