I was able to watch 2 episodes in today. Man, it is good to be reminded why I admired the man, the racer and his story along the way. Thanks for the text to remind me today, John. Much appreciated.

Watched part three... The end of that episode got me a bit choked up. Dale Jr. wins the Winston All-Stars event and Senior runs over to him, so proud to see his son doing so well. Genuine emotion on the podium, embracing his champion son. Why didn't he use that moment to retire. The man had it all... :'( :'( :'(

I watched that era of NASCAR every weekend in real time back in the day and didn’t remember a lot of it, including Jr.’s rookie season all-star win until I saw it again here. Those guys owned the series back then.

I didn’t watch all the credits close enough but whoever produced that did an awesome job!

We were there in chicken bone alley, first row for that race. Heluva good time!! If you don't know where that is, turn 4. Right where many drivers hit the wall.

Finished watching it last night. It sure did bring back some good memories.

I was a die-hard NASCAR fan back then. I watched every weekend.
I remember when Dale Earnhardt told Childress he better sponsor Kevin Harvick because if he didn't he was going to be on the Earnhardt team.
