Going to try an inexpensive recap. Wanted to check the values of the old caps as well.

That’s the old 34uf electrolytic cap ☝️
The old 12uf ☝️"Equality is a myth to protect the weak. Some of us are strong in the Force, others are not. Only a fool believes otherwise." - Sith Proverb. -
The DF of 70.3% @ 10kHz (8% @ 1kHz), for that tweeter cap is insanely high (not to mention the ESR)! Polk specified DF less than or equal to 3% @ 1kHz for the caps in the Series II crossovers, on their schematic.
Dissipation Factor refers to the tendency of the dielectric to absorb energy, which would be very undesireable for high frequency sound reproduction especially.
If you're not testin', you're guessin'. 😉

The 3 Jantzen caps together measured 34.34uf
The Clarity cap measured 11.82uf
I’ll work on the second one tonight and check all the caps on that one as well."Equality is a myth to protect the weak. Some of us are strong in the Force, others are not. Only a fool believes otherwise." - Sith Proverb.
