Binding post recommendations?

Looking for inexpensive binding posts which are an upgrade from the stock ones on early Monitor 7s.
Has anyone used any of the Parts Express offerings?
(especially anything which requires little or no mods to the stock terminal cup)

I've used both of these in projects, The top link some banana plugs will not cover the entire banana plug as they are not very deep. Other than that good for price. -

Both look promising. Do you cut them to length?
Does the stock setup need any mods (if you remember)? -
The second ones are out of stock. They are also designed to use with the Dayton binding post plate, which has a notch. The notch mates with a tab on the post. This prevents the post from spinning as you tighten the mounting nut.
These are dirt cheap (you get what you pay for) and should not require any modification to mount.

Thanks F1nut - so long as they represent an upgrade from stock, they look like winners.
