Need to refoam a small subwoofer speaker

This is my computer desk rig, subwoofer speaker foam has to be replaced. Parts Express does not have a kit for this small of a speaker. Actual speaker diameter is only 4.75". Hoping to save the sub versus buying a replacement that likely will have the same problem some time down the road. Any ideas?

Punt!
It's going to be pretty hard to find foam for that size driver. I'm sure if you found one for a smaller mid-range driver it wouldn't have the compliance that foam would need for being used as a bass driver. -
Have you pulled the driver?
I have an old Gateway 2.1 computer speaker set that I really like. The woofer foam disintegrated, and it sat unused for a while. I was able to find a replacement driver from Parts Express that worked beautifully. Been using it in the garage with a SBT for several years.
I think the driver was around $30.
Maybe an option to consider?

The company that used to be MAT Electronics is still around, sort of. They still sell a good array of very inexpensive foam driver surrounds of multiple sizes, including some fairly small ones. The website may seem a little sketchy
but to the best of my knowledge it is/they are still legit. Worth a look to see if they happen to have an appropriately-sized surround. If they do, it will be cheap.

I've used the MAT Electronics generic foam surrounds many times on, e.g., woofers of decent-quality dump find loudspeakers, and was always happy with the results.
Otherwise, for a replacement driver, you might wish to take a look at Madisound.

SIMPLY SPEAKERS.
They sell hundreds of sizes. They had surrounds for my rare Hartley woofers. They had rubber and foam.
I bought them solely based on my woofer's measurements and matched them to one of their generic foam surrounds.
Their website shows how to measure each parameter.
I'll look there now.

MAT is cheap, just could not find the right size.
Not sure I found an exact fit for a replacement surround anywhere, but they are about the same price as a Dayton driver from Parts Express... so once they are back in stock I'll try them. Their driver for an outdoor Niles speaker worked great last year. Thanks for the help!

Careful to match the impedance rating. It wasn't specified on the driver I replaced, and I guessed 8 ohm. It was actually a 4 ohm. The resulting effect of using the 8 ohm was like a crossover point shift, and voices came through the sub.
Once I got the right one, worked perfectly. This was early days in audio for me.
