    Uses smaller midbasses
That was my next question. I could have sworn they looked smaller. Either that or that pair of speak's are immense.

We'll see what these do to Sparky. If they do what I imagine they will do, then it's on. However, I'm a little skeptical when it comes to a different tweeter. In my experience, better is not always better.

    Let me rephrase.

"an upgraded tweeter is not always the best choice for what I would like to achieve in terms of accurate reproduction of music." ;)

Well I chose the Revelator because I was told its just as detailed, but more forgiving if that makes any sense at all -- made sense for me with my musical taste...

But yeah, I think the Woodmere II uses 5.25" midbasses vs. the 7.25"

The Woodmere on the other hand uses the 7.25"

You and those taylos, you love em. I had a pair of speakers I own in Stereophile a while back, good review, except they used the one type of music that I think are their weakest point, and only one type of music. I have nothing against classical music as a genre, but if you are going to do a speaker review, come on, not ALL audiophiles listen to NOTHING but classical. The reviewer liked them anyway, so makes me wonder...
