I like my Vincent SA-T1 preamp and my Pho-700 phono amp. I've heard Vincent's bigger Integrated. Vincent makes good gear. I havent heard the one your looking at, but can only Imagine it's a decent little Integrated.Home Theater

Noice!!
Be very interested in your impressions. -
LOVE my Vincent SV 226mkii…though I’m probably going to be selling it soon to help fund an upgrade. Vincent stuff looks great, sounds great, and punches above its class…IMO or course.Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.-John Wooden

Really digging this as hours get put on it. The packaging is amazing. Triple boxed with very high quality inner packaging. The remote is metal and heavy. Still got many hours before it fully burns in, but I really like it. Just installed some IsoAcoustic pucks under the feet.

I am looking at this to run in a 2ch living room rig utilizing the digital input hooked to the TV. I'll be doing occasional streaming (Qobuz), but mostly for watching TV.
How is it working out? Roll any tubes?

If I'm not mistaken I think the tubes in Vincent gear are permanent. Nope on this one they're "user replaceable" looks like 6n1 and 12ax7.pearsall001 wrote: »I am looking at this to run in a 2ch living room rig utilizing the digital input hooked to the TV. I'll be doing occasional streaming (Qobuz), but mostly for watching TV.

I seem to remember they do have some that are soldered in. Of cou6Incould be way off base and thinking of another.

I had the Vincent SV-236 and LOVED it. I only changed the tubes in the last 3-6 months of ownership because I had one go bad. Wish I had changed them before then because it made a positive difference.Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.-John Wooden

No tube rolling yet. I still got all kinds of gear breaking in. New speakers, cables, streamer etc. I'm a Vincent fan now. -

Now I'm ready for some tube rolling.
Suggestions? Looking for warmish'
1 x 12AX7
2 x 6N1 -
Stay away from GE in the ax spot.
Amperex, Mullard, American Tung-Sol, not Russian and black plate Westinghouse.
6N1 is that Chinese or Russian, Do you know the american equivalent?Post edited by pitdogg2 on -
I "think" 6N1P Russian

Look for 6N1P-EV Tube VOSKHOD brand. That is almost a 6dj8/6922 tube.
I'm not sure it's a direct equivalent.

The Vincent Audio SV-500 is a pretty sweet hybrid integrated amp! You get that tube warmth in the preamp stage (dual 12AX7 tubes) while keeping the solid-state power section for better control over speakers. It’s a great way to add some richness and depth without going full tube amp.
Pros:
✅ Hybrid Design – Smooth, warm mids from tubes + solid-state reliability
✅ Good Power – 50W per channel (8Ω), solid for most bookshelf and small floorstanders
✅ Multiple Inputs – RCA, digital coax/optical, plus a pre-out for subwoofer or external amp
✅ Great for Mids & Vocals – That tube glow adds some magic to vocals and acoustic instruments
✅ Solid Build – Typical Vincent build quality—clean, minimalist, and heavy-duty
Potential Downsides:
⚠️ Not a power monster – If you have power-hungry speakers (like Magnepans or inefficient floorstanders), you might want something beefier.
⚠️ Stock tubes may need rolling – Some users swap out the stock 12AX7s for better NOS tubes (Mullard, Telefunken, or Gold Lion).
If you're after that tube-infused warmth without losing control in the low end, it's a solid deal. Do you have specific speakers in mind for pairing?
