4 rti A1 + CSI A4 center + Denon AVR 710w best sound setup please

Hi... I'm trying my best to have the best surround sound for now when I'm watching a movie. I ran audysey but I still think the sound is meh ! I think the voice is way too low. :( Need help I have a small open space and Denon set every thing to small except the front one... The center my avr set it a 40 MHz is that too low ?! The DB for the center is around -5.5 change it to -3.0 it was too low ... Can someone help me ... I know I need a subwoofer ... That's on my list but for now I really need better sound .. thanks :).

Until you get a sub you will not get the best out of your HT rig.

That said, the calibration program creates a base line. After that you need to tweak the settings manually until the rig sounds the best to your ears.

Agree with F1, a sub will make all the difference in a set up.

X3 on a sub, but in the meantime, all speakers should be set to large with no crossover (just watch the volume). I would also highly suggest you scour local ads for an A6 center…youncannfind one for a bill if youre patient and voices will sound much better…
