It's been awhile but here it is...
...The room...
I built this 16x9 room in my garage about 20 years ago. It has two 20amp dedicated lines coming off the main house panel. The entire room is built with deck screws, no nails. The inner walls are 1/2 over-layed with 5/8" drywall (one layer vertical, one other horizontal). Outside is 1/2" drywall with an overlay of 5/8" OSB. The room is fully insulated, has AC and a portable heater. Took me the majority of weekends for nearly 2 years to build.
...The rig...
A 7.1 surround sound system with; Polk RT55s mains, CS400 center channel, FXi30s bipole/dipole for rear surrounds and side surrounds (forget the model). Behind the screen is a 16" Tempest sub tuned to 17Hz and there are bass shakers on every chair. All powered with an Onkyo TX-SR805 and two 250watt plate amps. The screen is 96" and the room has seating for five. An Epson 1080p front projector provides the visuals.
The theater room is protected by all the Gentle Giant Sucker Punch crew...

Ron loves a film = don't even rent. -
Nice room. I'm surprised that you were allowed to use deck screws to build it, usually deck screws don't have the sheer strength of 16D nails.
