CS 350 LS

Looking for a driver for my CS350 center. One appears to have magnetic shifted. 3 of the 4 move and one is locked up. Any help would be appreciated. Haven’t pulled it to see what the number is.

I'll check the boneyard tomorrow morning. Where are you located in the event that I have any spares?

Well it appears that I do have a few of these in the parts bin. Please verify that the model number is the same. I apologize for the driver being so dusty, they have been stored for several years. 186y1y52iwo0.jpg

Ok pulled the driver. And it’s a 4802. Maybe I need to pull the others and confirm.

I'll check to see if I have any drivers matching your 4802 tomorrow. Hopefully we'll have a match.

Well I checked the other 3 drivers that I have and they're all 4850's.

I'm not sure if they're interchangeable. Perhaps someone with more knowledge on the subject can chime in.

MW4850 is the correct driver for the CS350. Both of mine have the same drivers Jose.

All mine look just like this.

They were part of the LS series so no.

I looked on eBay last night and didn't find that one. I did find hole speakers though. Hence coming here. Oh well Ordered one just now off eBay.

Ok so this one speaker will not move while the others do. I assumed a magnet shifted but in an effort to learn here from what I remember a speaker has a part that "floats" inside and the movement makes the sound. I know over simplified. So I guess the voice coil lost it's ability to move. Any thoughts on what is going on with this one speaker?

Everything is aligned & once the magnet shifts or burns up the voice coils it is toasted

This is just speakers in general. I have a better diagram at home that shows & explains more in details. It is posted here on forum as well
