Gameroom speakers arrived - perhaps an end or steady state

Options
Ran across a deal I couldn’t refuse. This has always been a bucket list item for me. I just love the look, the feel, the build quality, and the sound in the right setting can be just superb. May not be everyone’s cup of tea, but they add a bit of flavor outside of the Magico and Sonus Faber sound in my house.

It may not displace the Magico M2, but I think these speakers just look the part for the secondary.

Thanks to a couple members who helped lift it up.

Feeling very lucky to use these as anchors to the secondary.

    Very nice!

I heard a pair about 15 years ago when I was just starting my journey in this hobby and they blew me away.

I was able to find a pair of 804s for a smoking deal this year and love them.

    Enjoy!

It’s all about system synergy, especially the room, with those speakers. They are extremely capable with some effort.

I’ve heard them sound dreadful, but also heard them sound breathtakingly good.

    Prelim listening

Goodness. Better than the M2 in the same room IMO
