I searched that image the other day thinking it had to be fake. I don't know about these sources, but looks like this was actually real, and this experience didn't stop the girl from getting the filler dissolved - didn't know there was such a thing - and going again!
But she was "smart enough" to go to her usual person the next time, and not to the freebie she won on Instagram. Influencer, indeed.

But then, redeeming myself for that complete waste of research time above, I stumbled onto this dude, and he's hilarious. And - the right kind of influencer. Poor kid from Ukraine. Made his own gym with tractor parts, wood and bricks. Later goes to Kyiv university, works a bunch of jobs to make it, becomes globally recognized powerlifter. Makes funny videos, goes viral, continues training, offers training programs, takes care of his parents now.

Oh man...I had the picture on my old phone (a few times removed now)...but the Jimmy Johns on Delaware Ave in Ankeny Iowa used to have an OB/GYN practice next door to it. The "Free Smells" sign was unironically already on that side of the restaurant when the OB/GYN practice moved in.

GF used to scuff my tires every time she borrowed my SUV. Every time!
Fortunately she never scuffed the wheels. I started telling her she couldn't borrow it if she would scuff the tires. She'd narrow her eyes at me but that solved it. She still occasionally borrows it but thankfully hasn't scuffed the tires again in years. Her own wheels are a mess like this though.
