    Very sad indeed. She had a really tough go of it.
    My favorite song of hers is better left unmentioned so close to her death -- but I will note that she did a really fine cover of the Elton John/Bernie Taupin song Sacrifice on the EJ/BT tribute album Two Rooms way back when.

    Her son committed suicide a year or two before her death and her last post was something like since he was gone she walked in a darkness that would not release her. RIP
