1 Picosecond of jitter seems excessive!

    Congrats! It looks very good!

This will be taking a place of my Yamaha SACD player/DAC. My intent is to use the disk drive in the Oppo UDP203 for CDs and SACDs, but I doubt I’ll even do that. Streaming from my computer is just so much easier and the SimAudio makes it sound better anyway.

Are you running the variable output directly into your amp?
  • Nice nice, congratulations.
    Simaudio makes kick arse gear.
    You're gonna love it.

I have the MiND module but not the variable output, so this runs through the CD input on the Arcam.

Very nice! How does it compare to the DAC in the Arcam?
    Gustard X26 Pro DAC
Belles 21A Pre modded with Mundorf Supreme caps
B&K M200 Sonata monoblocks refreshed and upgraded
    Polk SDA 1C's modded / 1000Va Dreadnaught
Wireworld Silver Eclipse IC's and speaker cables
Harman Kardon T65C w/Grado Gold. (Don't laugh. It sounds great!)

The Arcam DAC is very good, but the SimAudio DAC is a touch less congested, with better detail in the upper midrange and a touch more authority on the bottom end.
