Hi all, proud owner a a nice set of 2Bs, couple questions. No interconnect cable and 2) where can I get the crossovers upgraded? I paid $150 for the set so I can spend a couple hundred dollars upgrading these.

You're in luck. The pin portion is what carries the SDA signal. DHS Speaker Service is a great option. Not as cheap as you're wanting to spend but darn well worth it. Other options are doing some research here, buying a good soldering iron and doing some DIY. There are a LOT of upgrades you can do to these speakers to make a stellar set of speakers.

Ok, as a temp fix you can use RCA jacks and speaker cable. You'll have to remove the outer flange bits though.
With the original SDA cable only the pin carries the signal. The blade is for support.
For a permanent solution and upgrade most of us have gone to using Neutrik SpeakOn connectors/sockets. You'll find info on that by doing a search here. Be sure to use the air tight versions.
