Are Bryston 7B SST2 monoblock amps compatible with the Polk L800 speakers?

    It would depend upon the amplifier's output circuit topography, in order for the SDA technology to work properly the left channel ground and the right channel ground need to be connected to each other. If the amplifiers are a balanced output design this means that there is voltage present at both the positive and negative speaker terminals and the left and right negatives cannot be connected together. If, on the other hand, there is no voltage present on the left and right amplifier's negative speaker terminals then a ground connection can be made between them.
    Bryston should be able to answer this for you.

    You can certainly see all of those paralleled output transistors and their power supply feed on the right hand section of the drawing, each rail has its fuse. Each transistor's output is fed through emitter resistors and all connected together. It doesn't appear to be a balanced output, but I would still recommend contacting Parasound and confirming that to be sure.
