Hard reset of Omni SB1+

Just acquired a second hand Omni SB1+ soundbar to go with my Omni A1. However none of my devices will pair with the soundbar wifi. Before looking too much further, can anyone point me to the hard reset instructions? I can’t find anything.

It's supposed to be hold power button down for 10+ seconds but it no longer works on mine, remote doesn't work, I can't control volume with app, and subwoofer makes a subtle, but annoying, clicking/popping noise all the time. Polk products are trash...
