I have the JBL BP1200.1 on my "to buy list" of equipment ( to power 2 MM120 ) I chose this amp in part because I kept seeing it as a suggestion to people in search of an amp for these subs. I have all but committed to this amp when I stopped seeing it as a recomendation. Is there a reason for this or am I just being paranoid? I just want to make sure my money is well spent. :)

    This amp will drive these subs just fine. it has a power rating of 1200 Watts into a 2 Ohm load. Set the low pass filter to 80 Hertz and allow 40 hours of playing music at a reasonable level to let the driver's suspension "Break-In".
