I'm not much into watches etc., but recently I finally got around to looking through of my Dad's stuff left to me. Came across a Bulova Accutron in decent condition that he kept in its original display box. Looks like it needs a battery. Has a price tag of $100 from many moons ago. Is this a collector item or just another watch?

    Probably a sentimental watch.

That it is. Too bad I haven't worn one in many years.

Bulova Accutron is a decent middling "collector" piece. They can go from a few hundred to a couple of grand depending on condition and model.
I believe it was made from the early 60s through 72 or 73.

I wouldn't mind owning one some day. They are a solid representation of 60s "Space Age" technology.
