Signa Solo No Sound

My sound bar will connect to all sources, but doesn't play any sound no matter how it's connected. I've seen other people have had this problem, has a solution been found or is my sound bar just dead because of this?

This happened to my first Signa Solo (I posted about in 2019). I thought it might be a software problem caused by my 3 year-old grandson "joggling" the buttons on the remote. Polk didn't help at all and said it would be cheaper just to buy another one, which I did. That worked until 2 days ago when this new one did exactly the same thing, without help from my grandson ! I give up... unless Polk can be a bit more helpful and answer these posts...PLEASE !!
