Hi there,

My sub-woofer's transformer has noisy laminations.

Are there any spare parts that I can buy to replace it with?
If so, can you please leave a link or a site suggestion?
I live in Sydney, Australia.

    Hello mattytee,
    Welcome to the forum. Sometimes, not always, transformer lamination buzzing can be caused by small amounts of DC present in the supply AC. Do you have a DC voltmeter and are you comfortable with testing your house electricity?
    If not the complete bass amplifier would have to be replaced since the amplifier is a complete unit. For service information email: Kim.Jasper@soundunited.com and ask what's available in Australia.
