I'm in a bind . . . my MIT S1s need to go back to the factory for repair (I'm still waiting for them to return my call)

I need a stand-in STAT. So I called AP who happens to be local, only an hour away.
So I was thinking if y'all could describe the sound sign on the Solo Crystal Oval Interconnects

Several have sold here over the yrs . . . I guess they good but not keepers?
