here we go 3-4 of there subs with 3000-3400 wats in a huge ported box. but should i do 3 or 4 the questons the ansers what to do?

true goal 115-120 db @12hz
each sub is 42 lb

    I would go for quality bass and just build it as an IB.

    You also won't need anywhere near 3K watts for a ported sub to achieve excursion limits of those subs. Maybe in a sealed box, but ported or IB you can get by with way less.

    What brand of sub is that?
    My HT set-up Panasonic front proj, 120 in ws screen, ATI amp,Integra 9.8 pre-pro, 2 Polk rti150, cp 1000, 4 fx 1000, Pioneer blu-ray 2 SVS sub pb 12-ultra 2, & Paragon popcorn popper. ps 3 Coaster leather HT recliners.

    Jesus Jumpin Christ!!!!!!!, that sub will be friggin rediculous. definitly keep us posted on the progress.

    would those drivers be overkill for an IB application? I allready know 3000 watts would be way to much for IB.
