Just avoid anything with Vista with less than 2GB of memory. I like Toshiba laptops but for what you're doing almost any laptop will do if you stick with the name brands.

I've had nothing but Toshiba over the years. Very trouble free. My GF always uses Dell and is always having issues with them. Luckily for her Dell customer service is really good at taking care of her issues other than the frustration of the inherent issues.Gustard X26 Pro DAC
