I used to think these were stupid but I wish I had them now, especially one with Seasons in the sun and, Billy don't be a hero. Does anyone here own any?

    "Super Hits of the 70s" on Rhino Records is a 25-CD series of compilation albums that is chock full of songs from one-hit (and two or three-hit) wonder bands that was inspired by K-Tel Records releases.

    Lace up your roller skates and take a look at the song lists on these. :p

    Following along with K-Tel albums With Songs that Bruce Hates...

    My first two records were K-Tel records, various artists of some sort. In the 80s.

    K-Tel "Hooked on Classics", still have it (CD, before that cassette) and listen to it a couple times a year...

    I had a few years ago. Most seemed to be of slightly subpar sound quality, as compared to the original releases.
