Looking for RT3 5.25inch drivers replacement - Polk or other.

I have RT3 speakers in which the drivers' surrounds got deteriorated and eventually tore .

I have lost hope to replace the rubber surrounds so does anyone know of a proper replacements for these , Polk or other?

The drivers are 5.25 inch MW5805 . Do you know the specifications for these or where can I find it?
