    I'm sure it's in the works. Are you using Cambridge Connect or the StreamMagic app? Not sure why CA has two apps but as I've stated before the SM app is "newer and improved" but I just don't like what it's doing to the music. Maybe it's my equipment but SM's output seems bloated and fatigueing (sp?) to me. Thoughts?

    Been using Mconnect as it will do the first mqa unfold to the 851N with Tidal ...
    Been using it exclusively for the last year or so ...
    I've noticed a BIG difference in sound quality , especially with MQA tracks even though they're only 24/96.....

    Give it a shot ....
    Mconnect is a official MQA partner ..... only cost 5 bucks in the app store ...
    Much better functionality over the Stream Magic app....

    Finally! Spotify Connect is an exponentially better user experience than compared to everything else. Glad to see Tidal trying to step up while Spotify continues to drag their feet on lossless options.

    I'm also surprised that Auralic and Lumin are both left off that partner list. I'm sure it won't take long to get them on board, but I figured at least one of them would be included.

    What about Logitech Squeezebox Touch lol?!! I know. Ain't gonna happen. I love the SBT but it is frustrating to have the hi rez TIDAL selections be downsampled to Redbook.

    Just read Darko's bit. I didn't even think about using Tidal Connect from a desktop, but once again, even easier. I hope this "Connect" format becomes the standard for everyone. Tidal, Spotify, Qobuz, whatever comes next. It's just so much easier.

    So Cambridge doesn't have the direct Tidal Connect set up yet, BUT you can start using the connect feature right now via Chromecast. When I open the Tidal app my CXN appears on the available devices, but it's connected via Chromecast. Already a better user experience, but I'm excited for the true direct integration.

    Tidal has ALWAYS been able to cast to chromecast .....

    Correct, the Cambridge firmware update hasn't rolled out yet. However, even making that connection in the Tidal app was easier than traditional Chromecast. Based on that Cambridge link above it sounds like it might be a couple days/weeks before we get the true Connect experience.
